Christmas Communion Service 2024 12/22/24 Susan Allen THE IMPORTANCE of His BODY is often overlooked.   John 1 reminds us that The birth of Jesus was not His beginning 1 Cor 15:47 calls the 2^nd ADAM THIS WOULD BE NECESSARY for HIM to be the SPOTLESS LAMB   Mankind had sinned against God and gave up their GODLINESS— MAN who was created in the image and likeness of GOD Was no longer compatible with GOD Since mankind could not ascend himself back to that level with GOD GOD descended and came to us in human form Phil 2:6-AMP  Who, although being essentially one with God and in the form of God [possessing the fullness of the attributes which make God God], did not think this equality with God was a thing to be eagerly grasped or retained, 7 But stripped Himself [of all privileges and rightful dignity], so as to assume the guise of a servant (slave), in that He became like men and was born a human being. 8 And after He had appeared in human form, He abased and humbled Himself [still further] and carried His obedience to the extreme of death, even the death of the cross!   THIS DIVINE PLAN was MIRACULOUS, brilliant, PERFECT The seed for the conception of JESUS would be God’s Words spoken through the prophets from Gen forward Amos 3:7 Surely the Sovereign Lord does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets.   Gen 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. (Col 2:15) Isa 7:14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. MARY incubated the flesh and blood body that would qualify to be the spotless sacrifice for all of mankind.   Heb 10:1-For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.2 For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins.3 But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year.4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.7 Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.8 Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;9 Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.11 And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God   Matt 26:26- While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take and eat; this is my body." 27 Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you. 28 This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.  

FAITH and the IMAGINATION part 2 11/10/24 susan allen Heb 11:1 AMP- NOW FAITH is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses]. Gen 11:1-kjv And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.2 And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there.3 And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them throughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter.4 And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.5 And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded.6 And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.7 Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech. Rom 12:1-kjv  I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.           MEMORY is an imagination It can be a blessing or it can be curse on your course Rom 12:1 amp…..make a decisive dedication of your bodies [presenting all your members and faculties] as a living sacrifice, holy (devoted, consecrated) and well pleasing to God  

ABIDING part 5 Abiding FEARLESS 8/18/24 susan allen AM I simply a BELIEVER or am I an ABIDER? (Gardener, husbandman-God doesn’t mind the process, this is not an angry process) 2 Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.  3 (NOW-kjv) You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. (Eph 5:26 we are cleansed by the Word) 4 Abide in Me, and I in you. (REMAIN) As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. 5 "I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.  6 If anyone does not abide in Me, (disconnects) he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. (read in the Passion Translation) 7 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. (This is abiding FAITH)  8 By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples. 9 "As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love. 10 If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father's commandments and abide in His love. 11 "These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.  (Fruit of the Spirit Gal 5: love, joy, peace, long suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance)   GOD WANTS TO FEAR PROOF US BY FAITH THAT COMES FROM ABIDING  2 Peter 1:3 KJV says… His divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: That word LIFE is ZOE - the God kind of life Godliness is –holiness, that which is pleasing to God 2 Peter 1:2 AMP: 2 May grace (God's favor) and peace (which is perfect well-being, all necessary good, all spiritual prosperity, and freedom from fears and agitating passions and moral conflicts) be multiplied to you in [the full, personal, precise, and correct] knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. 3 For His divine power has bestowed upon us all things that [are requisite and suited] to life and godliness, through the [full, personal] knowledge of Him Who called us by and to His own glory and excellence (virtue). As we read from Psalm 91 -ONLY with our EYES will we see the reward of the wicked BECAUSE we have made the LORD our refuge and our habitation! God has ALWAYS brought the people who trusted in Him through perilous times   water systems: EX 15 and the bitter water of Marah made sweet Food shortages: Ex 16 quail and manna, feeding 5000+ Matt 14  1 Kings 17 “Limited” income: 1 kings 17 –God’s method of giving and receiving Economic crises. Creditors calling: 2 Kings 4 the prophet Elisha asks WHAT DO YOU HAVE IN THE HOUSE and she said NOTHING BUT….a pot of oil GOD gave her instruction for provision through the prophet and God blessed her obedience.  SHE PAID her DEBT and she and her children LIVED off of the rest. Health crisis, pandemics, animal pox: PS 91 no evil shall befall you nor any plague come near your dwelling. Ex 12 the blood is on the doorpost and it will pass by you if you abide and remain IN HIM. SOUL: The dimension of man which deals with the mental realm It is the intellect, emotions, and your will. Fornication: Greek word Porneia. Sexual activity outside of marriage (Pornos or Porneia= Mental prostitution) Uncleanness: lewd unclean thinking or actions Lasciviousness: undisciplined, unbridled, wild, excessive Idolatry: extreme devotion and service to something one worships other than God Witchcraft: medication, mind altering (pharmakeia) Envying: ill will, spite, desires to deprive another of what is his Murders: slaughter, slay Drunkenness: intoxication Reveling: rioting, carousing, looking for trouble

And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.   ANYBODY HOME? Adam said HONEY get the door. EVE said serpent get the door. GOD said ADAM WHERE ARE YOU?…Adam didn’t step up God said “Eve, What’s going on? WHAT is this YOU have done? Eve didn’t step up   Then HE dealt with the serpent--And made a vow to break the devils power   The serpent is out of the way, his power in the godly home has been broken! That just leaves YOU and ME. “I WILL GET THE DOOR”

Sow the Word into your family by what they see,  what they hear, what is said, and all along the “way” in their actions and your actions in daily life. A good godly life does not come from outside things…the best is HOMEGROWN You ARE growing something at home and the fruit will show you if you need to sow differently. NEVER UNDERESTIMATE the POWER OF your HOME ENVIRONMENT THIS takes time and effort. MAKE time. The harvest is worth it. Eph 5:15,16 speaks of not being foolish but making the MOST of EVERY OPPORTUNITY because the days are evil/hurtful/fierce  (page 1399 look for the small numbers 15,16) IF we want a good life…there are seeds we should pick to sow Not literally in the grown, but in the choices that we make When we mess up and plant (do) the wrong thing we dig that seed up by asking for forgiveness and by forgiving each other A peaceful, good, and godly home doesn’t just happen…It’s homegrown.
