Rom 6:1-KJV What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?2 God forbid. We no longer identity who we are by the things we have done But We now find our identity in WHAT JESUS HAS DONE Gal 2:20-NIV I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. 21 I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!" We give it up in the water. It’s an immersion of submission. THE LIFE I LIVE in this body, I live by faith in the Son of GOD Who LOVES me and gave Himself for me. That MAKES us SEE OURSELVES DIFFERENTLY A new IDENTITY
